@Liefken I understand your concerns, but remember that you're not writing these things only for the person who requested it, but for everybody who may stumble upon it here or on your facebook page. Also, I've never read anything by you that wouldn't bring something new to my attention, show me something I didn't even consider or provide at least very detailed and organized summary of things that we should be aware of. Your knowledge is very extended in comparison to almost anybody else here or anywhere on the internet really... :D I am sure we all would benefit from you writing it... ;)
